Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un convertisseur&nbsp;&eacute;lectrom&eacute;canique&nbsp;permettant la conversion r&eacute;versible (pouvant fonctionner en moteur ou en g&eacute;n&eacute;rateur). Cette machine fonctionne bien &eacute;videmment en&nbsp;courant continu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En fonctionnement&nbsp;moteur, l&rsquo;&eacute;nergie &eacute;lectrique&nbsp;est transform&eacute;e en&nbsp;&eacute;nergie m&eacute;canique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En fonctionnement g&eacute;n&eacute;rateur (dynamo), l&rsquo;&eacute;nergie m&eacute;canique est transform&eacute;e en &eacute;nergie &eacute;lectrique (elle peut se comporter comme un frein).
